Project Description
The Wisconsin Association for Food Protection (WAFP) is a non-profit association that provides leadership in food safety training and education for Wisconsin food processors. Founded in 1943, they have approximately 200 members from all phases of the dairy and food industries. Members are professionals from the private, regulatory and university sectors.
